Collider Ventures, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the MindDump mobile application and related services (collectively, "MindDump" or the "Platform"). By downloading, installing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform or cease using it immediately.
MindDump is an AI-powered voice note-taking app that helps you capture and organize your thoughts. The Platform includes:
You may use the Platform without creating an account. Optionally, you can sign in with Apple to enable features like cloud sync. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use, and you agree not to share your account or access to your account with others.
Free Plan: Up to 5 mind dumps per month with AI categorization and MindDoc generation.
Pro Plan: MindDump offers annual and weekly subscription plans that provide access to premium features including unlimited mind dumps, Smart Output actions, AI insights, idea expansion, iCloud sync, morning briefings, and priority support. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Fair Use: Pro plan users enjoy unlimited mind dumps under a fair use policy of up to 30 mind dumps per day. This ensures consistent service quality for all users.
Billing and Cancellation: All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To cancel a subscription, you must do so through your device's app store settings. We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds — refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you will be notified in advance.

The Platform, including its design, code, branding, and any AI models, training, and prompts, is owned by Collider Ventures, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our written permission.
Content you create (such as voice recordings, transcriptions, and categorized items) remains yours. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process, use, and store this content solely to provide and improve the Platform.
MindDump uses artificial intelligence to transcribe your speech and generate categorized outputs and MindDocs. This content is intended for personal productivity purposes only.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. AI transcription and categorization should not be treated as a substitute for your own review and judgment. You should review AI-generated content before acting on it.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collider Ventures, LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Collider Ventures, LLC and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms the Platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Data stored locally on your device remains yours. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitation of liability and indemnification) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Platform, email, or by other means. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the Platform immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform will be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
