Collider Ventures, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the MindDump mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our App or services.
By using MindDump, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App or cease using it immediately.
Voice Recordings & Transcriptions
When you create a mind dump, your voice recording is sent to our servers for transcription using third-party AI services. The audio is processed in real-time and is not stored on our servers after transcription is complete. The resulting text is processed by AI for categorization and stored on our servers for sync and backup purposes.
Local Data & Cloud Sync
Your mind dumps, tasks, ideas, notes, reminders, Smart Outputs, and settings are stored locally on your device and synced to our servers for backup and cross-device access.
Account Information
If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and optionally your name and email address. This information is used solely for account management and cloud sync.
Subscription Data
Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not process or store payment information.

We use third-party services to provide the App's functionality:
Your mind dumps and personal data are stored locally on your device by default. If you enable iCloud sync (Pro feature), your data is encrypted and synced through Apple's iCloud infrastructure.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted HTTPS connections for all data transmission, and the App supports biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID) for additional device-level security.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with the third-party services listed above, solely for the purpose of providing the App's core functionality.

MindDump is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@minddump.io and we will take steps to delete it.
The MindDump app does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics SDKs. The landing website (minddump.io) is a static page that does not use cookies or tracking scripts.
Voice recordings are temporarily processed on servers located in the United States (Firebase us-central1 and OpenAI's infrastructure). No personal data is permanently stored on these servers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or on our website. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
